Gentlemen:

I have worked with David Roth through his involvement as an evaluation committee member for the selection of the Maricopa County bird  control procedure. This process included the evaluation of the submitted Bird Control Request for Proposals with the selection and recommendation of award of contract. Mr. Roth's professional integrity and knowledge of the bird control process was a key element in the final recommendation for contract award. I look forward to working with David on future projects.
